You can't see it in the top picture, but we piled up snow at the base of the slides, so that when they came flying down the slide (rain pants go fast!), there was more slide, and no uncomfortable drop at the bottom. Burke and Amelia both had a blast. The day before, Daddy and Mia made a beautiful snow gnome, Sadly gone now, the driveway had to be plowed. For the record, daddy gave Burke his haircut, though my first attempts weren't any better... And Amanda, Burke is wearing the big birdie-monkey hat in the middle pic. (they'll always be birdie-monkey hats to me!)

It looks like they're having tons of fun! Snow is wonderful. But what do you mean "(for Vancouver)"? You don't normally get lots of snow? You probably told me this already, but I've persisted in believing you must have tons of it all the time.
